Stargate SG-1 2004 Season Premiere
by Kerri Skarfe, Otherworldly Staff Writer
January 12, 2004 + Boston, MA

Why the premiere of Stargate SG-1 foreshadows a great season seven!
Stargate SG-1 Season 7

  1. The looks between O'Neill and Carter.
And that teaser kissing scene! I love that only-touched-briefly-every-other-season story line! Touch it some more! Come on…touch it!

  2. Army of super-evil dudes.
Whether it's droids, stormtrooopers, Uruk-hais or borg, armies of badass drone-soldiers that no one knows how to kill are always a good sign. Much better than the replicators, damn creepy nano-machine things.

  3. Cool, recognizable guest stars.
Enrico Colantoni guest-stars as an old friend of O'Neill's and is just hilarious! And The Doctor from Voyager joins the ranks with previous Star Trek guest stars John DeLancie, John Billingsley and Jolene Blalock. I'm still waiting for Jonathan Frakes, though, people!

  4. Michael Shanks's biceps.
Somehow, while being held by Honduran rebels over the cliffhanger, his character Dr. Daniel Jackson works out a lot! He's huge now! And showing off those bulging biceps by wearing a tight white tank and flexing a lot when he's being tortured. It explains why I kept thinking I saw Kevin Sorbo in the teaser scenes! Yum!

Damn. And I was going to try to get a life on Friday nights in 2004...

Who would you most like to see as the lead in Joss Whedon's Wonder Woman movie?
Catherine Zeta-Jones
Eliza Dushku
