Batman #617: The Return of Jason Todd
August 4, 2003

Holy @#$%, Batman!
Batman 617As you may or may not know, Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee's run on Batman has been tearing up the comic book sales charts. Their "Hush" storyline has intruigingly involved just about every Batman character you can think of while not letting it turn into a chaotic petting zoo of cameo appearances.

While the whole Batman/Catwoman romance is interesting, it's not exactly a huge surprise. However, as you may have guessed from our spoiler-laden title, there's new plot element that's completely shocking, that some people are bound to love or hate.

Go pick up Batman #617 to see the return of Jason Todd as a villain (yes, the Robin that you all phoned in your votes to kill back in 1988... how the Hell did he survive?) and be on the lookout for #618, which is sure to fly off the shelves.

Batman 428For Editor Steve's potentially spoilerish theory, highlight below...

"I can only imagine one way that they could've brought that little bastard back... Ras Al Ghul's Lazarus Pit. Just wanted to get this in writing before #618 comes out to see if I was right."

Who would you most like to see as the lead in Joss Whedon's Wonder Woman movie?
Catherine Zeta-Jones
Eliza Dushku
Sandra Bullock
Aria Giovanni
Summer Glau
Eva Longoria
Evangeline Lilly
Lynda Carter
